  • 300 gr pasta
  • salt to taste
  • pepper powder to taste
  • olive oil to taste
  • 1 liter of water to boil pasta
  • 100 gr onions, finely chopped
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 25 gr cheese cream
  • 74 ml heavy cream
  • 300 ml fresh milk
  • Smoked beef to taste for garnish. Grilled and then cut lengthwise.
  • Parsley leaf to taste


  1. Boil water with salt and olive oil, and then add pasta when water is already cooked. Wait until pasta is cooked and chewy. Once cooked, lift and drain immediately.
  2. To make carbonara sauce: heat olive oil, stir-fried garlic and onion until aromatic. After that, stir in heavy cream, salt, pepper, eggs, and fresh milk. Keep stirring the sauce so the eggs will not turn lumpy.
  3. Next, pour pasta into carbonara  sauce. Combine until well blended.
  4. Finally, pour spaghetti carbonara on a serving plate, then add smoked beef and parsley on top as a garnish.
