SQUID RECIPE WITH FRIED VEGETABLES

Ingredients

  • 1 kg squid
  • 1/4 kg of cauliflower
  • 2 scallions
  • 1 carrot

Seasoning

  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1/2 glasses of broth
  • 1 tablespoon arak
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon of flavor enhancer
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Directions

  1. Clean squid. Remove the head and its contents.
  2. Cut squid into two parts and slice left and right sides.
  3. Slice cauliflower and green onion.
  4. Cut carrots and then boil it.
  5. Heat a frying pan and add 4 tablespoons oil.
  6. Add squid, cook for 3 minutes and lift.
  7. Stir-fried garlic, stir in leeks, cauliflower, boiled carrots, seasonings, broth and thicken with corn flour.  Pour flavor enhancer to taste. Lastly, stir in fried squid, stir for a while and lift. Best served hot.
