Ingredients

  • 250 gr squid, washed clean and then cut
  • 100 gr shrimp, washed clean
  • 6 pieces baby corn, cut
  • 100 gr broccoli
  • 1 onion, cut
  • 3 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves shallots, finely chopped
  • 2 small tomatoes, cut
  • tomato sauce to taste
  • 1 lime
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch, dissolved with warm water
  • salt and sugar to taste
  • butter to taste

Directions

  1. Wash clean squid and shrimp with lime water to get rid of the odor.
  2. Heat butter and then stir-fried onions, garlic, and shallots until aromatic.
  3. Stir in baby corn and broccoli, and then add water to taste. Wait until boiling and the vegetables half-cooked.
  4. After that, stir in shrimp until half-cooked and then add squid. Cook about 5 minutes more or less.
  5. Then, add tomato sauce, salt, and sugar. Combine well.
  6. After that, add lime juice and tomatoes. Mix well.
  7. Finally, add cornstarch and then stir until boil.

Feel free to add more seafood or veggies to the mix. Served over rice – a hearty meal. If you aren’t a shrimp fan, my tips, you can use chicken for this same recipe.Cheers.
