  • 500 grams shrimp, discard head, cleaned
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 3 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 1 tablespoon salt

Seasoning (mashed)

  • 8 big red chilies
  • 6 onions
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 3 candlenuts
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon salt

  1. After shrimp cleaned, don’t discard the skin. Soak it with lemon juice and salt for half an hour.
  2. Heat oil. Stir-fried smooth seasoning until the smells fill the room.
  3. Stir in shrimp. Mix well.
  4. Reduce heat while continuing to cook to allow the shrimp absorbs the condiment.
