CHICKEN CLAW NOODLE RECIPE

CHICKEN CLAW NOODLE RECIPE – Perhaps you even wonder how to enjoy noodles with chicken claw (chicken feet) as the complementary ingredient? Feeling curious right? Added with causin, cayenne pepper, and fried onions sprinkled on top, certainly the noodle tastes more tempting. We present you the ingredients and the steps of making this menu in the following recipe.

Ingredients

  • 1 pack instant noodles with chicken flavor
  • 4 cups water
  • 4 pieces chicken claw
  • 5 causin leaves, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon celery
  • 1 clove of garlic, finely pounded
  • ¼ teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3 pieces cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tablespoon fried onions

Directions

  1. Wash the chicken claw/feet’s skin thoroughly.
  2. Cut the nails,and then wash for another time.
  3. Boil some water. Boil the claw for 2 minutes. Then discard the water.
  4. Bring the remaining water with garlic, salt, and pepper to a boil.
  5. Add the chicken claw and boil until the claw is tender in texture.
  6. Stir in the instant noodle seasoning and cayenne pepper.
  7. Add the noodles. Cook until done.
  8. Add the causin leaves in a serving bowl.
  9. Remove and serve.
  10. Sprinkle with onion, celery, and fried onions slices.

Tips
For the claw’s chicken, choose the fresh claw chicken with the medium size.
