CHICKEN CURRY RECIPE – We can say that chicken meat whether it is cooked by frying, grilling, or roasting is everyone’s favorite. Have you ever tried making it into curry? This curry consists of chicken stewed flavored with ginger, garlic, chili peppers and a variety of spices including turmeric and cumin.


  • 1 kilograms chicken meat


  • 1 teaspoon shrimp paste
  • 5 onions
  • 1 ginger
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • 1 galangal
  • 5 red chilies
  • 1 turmeric
  • 4 candle nut
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 1 turmeric
  • 3 glasses of coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon coriander


  1. Cut chicken into piece, mash the seasoning, stir-fried in cooking oil for 3 minutes.
  2. Add chicken meat, stir-fried until wilted. After that, pour coconut milk.
  3. Keep cooking until the meat tender and the broth reduces half.
