CHICKEN WING SOUP RECIPE

Ingredients

  • 10 chicken wings
  • Salt to taste, for smearing the meat
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice, for smearing the meat
  • 1500 ml chicken stock
  • 1/2 teaspoon powder chicken broth
  • 50 grams volvariella volvacea, cut into two pieces each
  • 100 grams peas
  • 1 leek, cut into pieces
  • 3 tablespoons cooking oil

Seasoning

  • 3 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 onion, cut into pieces to taste
  • 2 cm ginger, pounded
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper powder
  • 2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. Rub chicken wings with salt and lemon juice. Set aside.
  2. Preheat cooking oil and then stir-fried garlic, onion, and ginger until fragrant.
  3. Add chicken wings and then stir until it changes in color.
  4. Add mushrooms, stir well again.
  5. Add fish sauce, powder chicken broth, salt, pepper powder, sugar.
  6. Cook until boiling.
  7. Stir in peas and cook until done.
  8. Stir in lemon juice and garlic. Combine.
  9. Lift and best served warm.
