CRISPY MILKFISH RECIPE – There are many ways of enjoying milkfish, you can fry it with egg and make it crispy milkfish. The fish used to make crispy milkfish menu is the fish without bones. Fish dough

  • 1 glass water
  • 6 kaffir lime leaves

  • 3 cm turmeric
  • 2 packs flavor

All materials are mixed and mashed

Egg dough

  • Eggs: water = 1: 3
  • Salt to taste
  • Milk cream to taste
  • Eggs are beaten and add milk and water, mixed together

Flour dough (Divided flour mixture into 2 parts)

  • 1 kg wheat flour
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 ounce tapioca flour
  • 3 pack of flavoring (if desired)
  • 1 ounce cornstarch
  • 11/2 tablespoon salt (to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon ground coriander
  • 1 tablespoon pepper


  1. Cut the fish approximately 3 cm.
  2. Put the fish into the fish dough for 15-20 minutes.
  3. After that, put the fish into the flour mixture for 3 minutes while keep stirring until blended.
  4. Soak the fish in egg mixture until blended.
  5. Put the fish for second time into the flour mixture while keep stirring.
  6. Fry until the fish turns golden in color.
