CRUNCHY POTATOES SATAY RECIPE – The crispy sensation in the mouth, while tasting snacks made from potatoes, minced chicken, vegetables, eggs, wrapped with panir flour and fried in cooking oil certainly guaranteed the quality. Chicken ball Ingredients

  • 250 grams minced chicken
  • 1/4 carrots, diced small
  • 3 tablespoon sago
  • 1/2 onion, chopped finely
  • 1/4 red bell pepper, diced small
  • 3 cloves of garlic, crushed
  • 1/4 green bell pepper, diced small
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar

Potato dough

  • 500 grams of potatoes, fried, finely mashed
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt


  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 250 grams rough flour
  • cooking oil for frying


  • chili sauce to taste


  1. Potato Dough: Mix all ingredients; keep stirring until well blended, set aside.
  2. Chicken Balls: Mix all the ingredients of chicken, stir until smooth in texture, shape the dough to be like marbles. Boil in boiling water until cooked and float, remove and drain
  3. Potato crunchy: Take one tablespoon of potato dough, pressed. Filled with chicken balls, shape it in ball form. Dip mixture into egg beaten and then roll on the panir flour. Heat the cooking oil over medium heat, fry the dough until the colors turns golden in color, remove and drain
  4. Take a satay skewer that have been coated with aluminum foil, place 3 crunchy potatoes for each satay skewer. Serve with chili sauce.
