 Ingredients

  • 400 ml coconut milk from 1/2 grains of coconut
  • 100 grams rice flour
  • 100 grams mashed durian
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 25 grams green sago
  • 25 grams red sago

Sauce ingredients

  • 200 grams brown sugar, comb smoothly
  • 100 ml water
  • 2 sheets pandan leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Cook the porridge except sago while keep stirring until the porridge cooked.
  2. Add sago. Keep stirring. Lift, set aside.
  3. Boil the sauce ingredients while keep stirring until the porridge thick in texture.
  4. Durian gruel is ready to be served. Serve it with sauce.
