EGGS RECIPE WITH LAKSA BROTH RECIPE

Ingredients

  • 10 boiled eggs , peeled
  • cooking oil
  • 500 ml coconut milk from 1/2 grains of coconut
  • 3 tablespoons finely roasted coconut
  • 1 stalk of lemongrass, pounded
  • 2 orange leaves
  • 1 bunch basil leaves, washed thoroughly

Seasoning

  • 8 red onions
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon roasted cumin
  • 2 teaspoons roasted coriander
  • 1 teaspoon pepper grain, roasted
  • 2 cm galangal
  • 3 cm turmeric
  • 2 cm Curcuma mangga

Directions

  1. Fry boiled eggs that had already peeled before. Deep-fried into hot oil until the eggs turn lightly yellow in color. Lift, drain.
  2. Boil coconut mil, smooth seasoning, roasted coconut, lemongrass, lime leaves, and salam leaves over low heat while keep stirring the coconut milk.
  3. Stir-fried egg and continue cooking until the broth is oily.
  4. Lift, serve with rice cake.
  5. Sprinkle with basil leaves on top.

Serve with boiled hot pepper sambal.
