FRIED CHICKEN BACEM RECIPE – Trying to cook a typical menu from Sulawesi, Indonesia,is not limited only to chicken woku woku rica, Manado porridge, Asang soup, and Manado kale sautéed. Ingredients

  • 500 grams chopped chicken meat
  • 6 onions, sliced
  • 1 galangal, crushed
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 150 grams brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 500 ml water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 300 ml frying oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

Directions

  1. Boil water, put the chicken, and cook about 10 minutes, remove and drain.
  2. Boil all spices until the aroma fills the room.
  3. Add chicken, and cook until water absorbed entirely.
  4. Heat the oil. Keep frying until the chicken cooked.
