FRIED CHIVES SQUID RECIPE – Did you know that squids is a great source of vitamin B12? Squids are also known to lower homocystein levels in the body, which can otherwise increase the rate of strokes and heart attacks? Meanwhile choline in chives is an important nutrient that helps with sleep, muscle movement, learning and memory. You can cook this healthy fresh fried seafood mixed with chives, glass noodles, and some other seasoning by following the steps below.


  • 500 grams squid, cut 3 cm at the sides, cut into pieces
  • 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
  • 2 cm ginger, sliced
  • 3 dried chilies
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon fish sauce
  • 4 stems chives, cut in 1 1/2 cm
  • 50 ml water
  • 25 grams glass noodles, boiled with water
  • 1 tablespoon oil


  1. Soak squid in sweet soy sauce and lime juice for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat oil. Stir-fried garlic and ginger until the aroma fills the room.
  3. Add squid and cook until the squid changes in color.
  4. Stir in dried chilies, fish sauce and chives. Add water, keep stirring.
  5. Some minutes before you lift the squid, add the glass noodles. Mix well and lift.
