FRIED PARE ANCHOVY RECIPE

FRIED PARE ANCHOVY RECIPE – For those of you who like pare, you will think that the bitter taste is certainly familiar. But for some people, they don’t like pare because of the taste. With proper way of cooking, the bitter taste can be minimized. You don’t have to be worried about the bitter taste because you can take many benefits of pare for your health. The following recipe presents steps of making menu with pare and anchovy as the main ingredients. Check it out.

Ingredients

  • 400 grams pare, seeded, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 2 tablespoon oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic, thinly sliced
  • 5 grains of red onions, thinly sliced
  • 3 red chilies
  • 1/2 teaspoon cooked shrimp paste
  • salt to taste
  • 50 grams chives, cut into 2 cm
  • 100 grams wet anchovies, fried to dry

Directions

  1. Sprinkle pares slices with salt, squeeze until the water comes out, clean, wash and drain.
  2. Heat oil, stir-fried garlic and onion until wilted.
  3. Stir in red pepper and shrimp paste, stir well.
  4. Add pare, chives and salt.
  5. Cook while stirring until there is no broth left.
  6. Lift and sprinkle fried anchovies on top.
