FRIED SEAFOOD RECIPE

FRIED SEAFOOD RECIPE – Did you know that consuming seafood can help you lose weight and provide you with important beauty nutrients? Besides, seafood adds cancer-fighting minerals to your diet? Imagine if some of the seafood ingredients like shrimp, mussels, fish meatballs are cooked together namely fried seafood, definitely it will be a delicious healthy dish.

Ingredients

  • 150 grams shrimp, peeled and leave the tails
  • 100 grams green shells
  • 5 pieces fish meatballs, cut into pieces
  • 250 grams tofu, cut into pieces
  • 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cm ginger, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, cut in long slices
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, coarsely crushed
  • 100 ml water
  • 2  spring onions
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • salt to taste

Directions

  1. Heat oil, stir-fried garlic, onion and ginger until the aroma fills the room.
  2. Add peppers, keep stirring until wilted.
  3. Stir-in shrimp, clams, fish meatballs, and tofu, mix well.
  4. Add the fish sauce, black pepper, and salt. Stir well.
  5. Pour boiled water.
  6. Some minutes before lifting, add scallions, stir and lift.
