FRIED SPICY BEEF RECIPE – Hi, here we come back again with another iftar recipe for you. Ingredients

  • 300 grams beef, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 onion, sliced long
  • 3 shallots, thinly sliced
  • 4 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
  • 4 big red chilies, sliced at oblique angles
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 250 ml water
  • 3 tablespoons margarine

Directions

  1. Heat margarine in a frying pan and then stir-fried shallots, garlic, and onions to fragrant.
  2. Then stir in beef, mix well and cook until meat changes in color.
  3. After that, add red pepper, stir until wilted. Add oyster sauce, pepper powder, sugar, and salt. Combine until blended.
  4. Lastly, pour water and cook until meat tender and cooked.

Fried spicy beef  is ready to be served.
