FRIED VEGETABLE RECIPE

FRIED VEGETABLE RECIPE – Some vegetable materials such as eggplant, shimeji mushrooms, cauliflower are usually made into a cuisine menu. With the following recipe guides, you can present such vegetables as a snack with sauce as a complement while enjoying it.

Ingredients

  • 2 big eggplant
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 5 shimeji mushrooms
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 200 grams cauliflower
  • 1 large onion
  • 200 grams flour
  • 100 grams seasoning flour
  • 1 packet powdered chicken broth
  • 300 ml cooking oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 eggs
  • Water to taste

Sauce

  • 1 stalk spring onion
  • 1 teaspoon caster sugar
  • 3 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons  olive oil
  • 1 segment ginger
  • 1 teaspoon pepper

Directions

  1. Wash eggplant and then cut in half. Slice each of the pieces lengthwise, set aside. Cut cauliflower per bud then wash thoroughly under running water, set aside. Peel and then slice round  onion 1 cm, set aside.
  2. Place egg into a medium bowl. Give salt, broth powder, pepper and soy sauce. Then shake until the ingredients well blended. Keep stirring flour, spices and water until the mixture thickens.
  3. Heat the oil over a large fire. Dip each of the vegetables into the mixture of flour until blended. Then pour it into the hot oil. Fry vegetables until it is cooked and it turns yellow tanned in color. Lift and drain. Serve immediately with the sauce.
  4. Sauce:  squeezed oranges and slice chives, set aside. Peel ginger then slice like matchsticks. Prepare a shaker, stir in the salt, sugar, green onions, ginger slices and pepper. Pour the lemon juice and olive oil. Keep stirring briefly and then shake vigorously until ingredients and sauce seasonings well blended.

Tips

* Most of the vegetables can be prepared for this dish, except tauge, celery, and beets.
