GRILLED CHICKEN RECIPE WITH TOMATO SAUCE – There is a sensation while  enjoying a menu of grilled chicken with tomato sauce. The chicken meat containing frying shrimp mixed with black olives, olive oil, and garlic tastes so good. Take  a look at the following recipe.

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breast meat
  • 60 ml olive oil
  • 2 lemon

Filling

  • 200 grams black olives
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 200 grams shrimps
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Tomato Sauce

  • 300 grams tomato
  • 2 grains of red onion
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 15 grams parsley
  • 2 tablespoons basil leaves
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon bottled tomato sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1  teaspoon pepper

Directions

  1. Filling: cut the olives, deseeded and then cut into pieces, set aside. Peel the shrimp, wash and cut into pieces, set aside. Add the pieces of shrimp and garlic into a blender. Process at high speed until somewhat smooth. Add pieces of olives and olive oil. Blend for another time until completely smooth. Pour the filling into a container and store in the refrigerator for 60 minutes.
  2. Wash the chicken meat and then cut into two pieces. Remove the filling dough from the refrigerator. Then put the filling ingredients into the chicken meat and store in the refrigerator for 60 minutes.
  3. Squeeze the lemon water and then mix with olive oil. Stir. Smear both sides of the chicken with a mixture of lemon juice. Then bake until cooked and it turns lightly browned in both sides color. Occasionally smear with the mixture of orange juice. Place the chicken on top of the serving plate, flush with tomato sauce and boiled potatoes on top.Serve immediately.
  4. Tomato Sauce: peel tomato and garlic and then chop roughly, set aside. Take parsley leaves and slice, set aside. Add and stir tomatoes, garlic, basil and parsley leaves. Add vinegar, oil, sugar, tomato sauce, salt and pepper. Keep stirring until the ingredients and the seasoning are well blended. Then leave it for 15 minutes.
