IGA RED BEAN SOUP RECIPE- Delicious beef bones, sum-sum of the bone beef, cooked with beef ribs is in a sop iga red beans.   • 1 piece of cow leg bone

  • 300 grams dried red beans

  • 2 carrots
  • 1 piece of onion
  • 2 tablespoons salt

  1. Wash the red bean thoroughly and soak overnight until fluffy and soft. Drain. Pour the beans and water into a rather large pan. Add 500 ml of water then heat with high heat. Cook until boiling and red beans are cooked and tender. Lift and drain, set aside. Boil remaining water and boiled red bean water over high heat and boile leg bones and ribs until tender and the juices stay one liter. Drain the ribs and cut according to taste. Drain the leg bones and take the marrow. Set aside.
  2. Peel carrots and then cut into the shape of barrels (barrel), set aside. Cut leeks in 2 cm, set aside. Take the celery leaves and then slice the leaves, set aside. Peel onions and finely chop it, set aside
  3. Heat the broth with rib over high heat for another time and boil carrots until half cooked. Add pieces of ribs and marrow. Reduce the fire after boiling and let in the stove. Meanwhile, heat margarine over medium heat and then stir-fried onion until the aroma fills the room and it turns dark golden in color.
  4. Add green onions, celery, and beans slices. Stir until somewhat wilted. Lift and pour into soup. Add the salt and pepper. Cook while stirring occasionally until boiling and all the ingredients are cooked. Lift and pour into a large bowl. Serve it hot.
