LAMB SOUP RECIPE – Variety of soup can be served with meat as the main ingredients. How about lamb meat? Have you ever tried to make lamb soup? The following recipe will help you in making delicious lamb soup.


  • 300 grams lamb, cut rather large or to taste
  • 150 grams carrots, cut round according to taste
  • 150 grams cauliflower, cut into pieces to taste
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 3 grains of clove
  • 3 cm cinnamon
  • ½ grains of nutmeg, pounded
  • ½ teaspoon pepper powder
  • 50 grams peas
  • 1 leek, cut into pieces to taste
  • 5 teaspoon granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons salt
  • 2000 ml water
  • 2 tablespoons margarine

Smooth seasoning (mashed)

  • 6 cloves of garlic
  • 2 cm ginger

Supplementary ingredients

  • 4 limes, cut according to taste
  • Fried onions to taste (if liked)


  1. Boil lamb meat in 700 ml water to the boil. When it is boiling, discard the water.
  2. Heat the margarine to taste and then stir-fried smooth seasoning, clove, cinnamon,and nutmeg until the aroma fills the room.
  3. Add meat and stir well.
  4. Add tomatoes, carrots, and cauliflower, keep stirring until wilted.
  5. Stir in the remaining water, salt, pepper powder, and sugar. Cook until boiling.
  6. Add peas and scallions and then cook until done.
  7. Lift up and served with fried onions and lime juice on top.
