MEATBALL TOFU RECIPE – Meatball seems as a tasty menu to get when the weather is cold. Perhaps you would like to hunt spicy foods or soups such as meatballs when it is cold outside. In Indonesia, meatballs which are generally only made from starch in the form of beef or chicken, is now already substituted with tofu with your creativity.   • 10 tofu
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons wheat flour
  • 10 onions, sliced and deep fried
  • 3 stalks of celery leaves
  • Cooking oil and broth water


  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • Vitsin and salt to taste


  1. Mash tofu, beat egg and then mix with wheat flour. Mash seasoning until smooth and blend into one with the ingredients. Make the dough into ball and then deep-fried until it turns yellow in color.
  2. Make broth from pepper, salt and vitsin. Pour the broth into the fried meatballs. Sprinkle fried onions and celery on top.
