  • 1 paprika (diced)
  • 1 carrot (diced)
  • 1 tsp curry seasoning
  • 1 egg white (for coating)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 250 grams of beef


  • 2 tablespoons margarine
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 onions (chopped)
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon tomato sauce
  • 1 clove of garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 150 ml bouillon


  1. Fry beef using margarine until cooked and turns lightly browned in color. Then, lift and drain.
  2. Stir-fried garlic and onion until the aroma fills the room and then add Curry spices, peppers, carrots, and add salt to taste. Stir until all ingredients are well blended, and after that, stir in fried beef.
  3. The next step, put beef earlier on aluminum foil paper, then smear with egg white. Flatten the dough and the fill, then roll dough until it harden.
  4. After that, steam roulade until cooked, then lift, open the cover and let cool.
  5. And to make the sauce, heat margarine. Then stir-fried onions and garlic until aromatic, then add Worcestershire tomato sauce, pepper powder, sugar and salt to taste. After that, add broth, and cook until the broth thickens, then lift.
