MUSHROOM CASSEROLE RECIPE

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 100 grams onions, made into smooth pickle
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 200 grams meat, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 200 ml broth
  • 4 tomatoes, grated
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 200 grams button mushrooms
  • 300 grams boiled small potatoes, peeled

Directions

  1. Stir-fried onion and pepper until wilted and fragrant.
  2. Add meat. Stir until it changes in color and then pour flour.
  3. Stir briefly and then pour broth, tomatoes, tomato paste, salt and pepper.
  4. After simmering, add mushrooms and potatoes.
  5. Stir briefly and then pour it into serving bowl which has been smeared with oil. Put in the oven.
