MUSHROOM SQUID SOUP RECIPE – Savory chicken broth, peas and carrots too making this soup fresh, delicious and enticing. The ingredients and directions to make it, are well presented in the following recipe.

Ingredients

  • 200 grams fresh squid
  • 50 grams ear mushrooms, thinly sliced
  • 1 carrot, chopped 5 cm
  • 25 grams peas
  • 500 ml chicken broth
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

Seasoning

  • 1 cm ginger, pounded
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon chicken broth
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. Remove heads, ink, and squid skin, wash clean. Cut squid to widen, slice the inner part. Chopped and soak squid with lemon juice for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
  2. Bring chicken broth and seasoning to the boil, add squid, mushrooms, and carrots, simmer until carrots tender. Stir in peas, boiled for 3 minutes, lift. Best served warm.
