PAPRIKA CHICKEN RECIPE – Paprika chicken is fried chicken covered with sago flour, and then cooked with oyster, pepper, and sesame oil. This menu can be a perfect breakfast idea recipe. Do you want to know the seasoning needed and the steps to make this menu? Take a look at the following recipe.

Ingredients

  • ½ kg chicken meat

Seasoning

  • 1 red paprika
  • 1 tablespoon sago flour
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 slice of ginger
  • 1 tablespoon frying oil
  • Sesame oil, salt, and pepper powder
  • 1 oz. table mushroom
  • 1 teaspoon oyster sauce

Directions

  1. Wash the meat thoroughly. After that, chop the meat and then mixed with sago flour.
  2. Roughly slice the paprika, wash the mushroom, and pound the garlic.
  3. Stir-fried the chicken for some minutes. Remove and set aside.
  4. Stir-fried garlic and ginger, and after the aroma fills the room, add oyster sauce, pepper, sesame oil, and salt.
  5. Cook until the ingredients half-cooked, after that add the chicken, and a little water. Keep stirring until the meat is cooked.
