SASATE MILKFISH RECIPE – Sasate is the traditional dish of the Nusa Tenggara Barat, Indonesia, which using milkfish as its main ingredient.

Directions

  1. Roast milkfish over the coals until cooked, then remove the meat and separate, remove the bones.
