SPICY EEL RECIPE – Did you know that eel is very rich in Vitamins A, B1, B2, B12, D and E, which are necessary for the body’s general? Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg eel
  • 10 onions
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 5 red chilies
  • 5 cayenne peppers
  • 1 tablespoon tamarind
  • 1 lime, take the juicy part
  • Salt, sugar, and oil to taste

Directions

  1. Wash and clean eel thoroughly and then cut into two parts. Rub with lemon, lime and salt. Leave it.
  2. Deep-fried eel until dry and cooked.
  3. Mash all seasonings, stir-fried until fragrant. Add eel, stir until blended, lift.
