STEAM MUSHROOM RECIPES – Steam mushroom is one of appetizer optional menu which can be served on special occasion like celebration. In addition to the ingredients that are easily obtained, it only needs short time in cooking this menu. The following is your guide in making steam mushroom.   • 10 fresh hioko mushroom
  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 500 ml water to boil
  • 1 onion
  • 1/2 red pepper
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 10 grams spinach leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 25 grams cheddar cheese


  1. Wash mushrooms and cut the stalks. Then chop the stalks, set aside. Boil the water over a high heat, and boil mushrooms for 5 minutes. Drain and set aside. Remove the pepper seeds and then chop it roughly, set aside. Slice spinach leaves, set aside. Shred cheese, set aside.
  2. Peel and chop onions and garlic. Heat the oil over a medium heat, then stir-fried onions and garlic until fragrant and it turns golden in color.
  3. Add peppers slices and mushroom stalks. Keep stirring until vegetables half-cooked. Stir in spinach leaves slices, salt and pepper. Cook until all ingredients are cooked. Lift.
