STINK BEAN SHRIMP FRIED RICE RECIPE – Cooking fried rice is super easy and it can be served in no time. Adding stink bean in your fried rice is a variation for your fried rice cooking way lists.

Ingredients

  • 2 egg whites
  • 400 grams rice that is not too sticky
  • 2 stink bean, peeled, cut into 4, fried
  • 80 grams peeled shrimp
  • 2 red chilies, cored, mashed
  • 1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
  • 2 stalks scallion, ½ cm sliced
  • soy sauce
  • 2 cloves of garlic, mashed
  • pepper
  • 1 tsp shrimp paste fried (if liked), mashed
  • 3 tbsp cooking oil

Directions

  1. Stir-fried garlic until fragrant. Add chili. Keep stirring until wilted.
  2. Stir in shrimp. Stir until cooked. Set aside to the edge of the pan.
  3. Stir in  eggs. Stir until cooked.
  4. Pour the cooked rice, scallions, and stink bean. Add sweet soy sauce, salt soy sauce, pepper, and fried shrimp paste.  Keep stirring until hot.
