STINK BEAN SHRIMP FRIED RICE RECIPE – Cooking fried rice is super easy and it can be served in no time. Adding stink bean in your fried rice is a variation for your fried rice cooking way lists.
Ingredients
- 2 egg whites
- 400 grams rice that is not too sticky
- 2 stink bean, peeled, cut into 4, fried
- 80 grams peeled shrimp
- 2 red chilies, cored, mashed
- 1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
- 2 stalks scallion, ½ cm sliced
- soy sauce
- 2 cloves of garlic, mashed
- pepper
- 1 tsp shrimp paste fried (if liked), mashed
- 3 tbsp cooking oil
Directions
- Stir-fried garlic until fragrant. Add chili. Keep stirring until wilted.
- Stir in shrimp. Stir until cooked. Set aside to the edge of the pan.
- Stir in eggs. Stir until cooked.
- Pour the cooked rice, scallions, and stink bean. Add sweet soy sauce, salt soy sauce, pepper, and fried shrimp paste. Keep stirring until hot.
