SWEET CLAM SATAY RECIPE – Did you know that clam contain so many health benefit for your body? Ingredients

  • 300 grams clams
  • 2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce

Seasoning (mashed)

  • 2 red chilies
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon coriander
  • 2 cm turmeric
  • 1 tablespoon tamarind water
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 25 grams brown sugar
  • 100 ml water

Directions

  1. Stir smooth seasoning, soy sauce, and clam. Boil until dry and the seasoning absorbs well.
  2. Put clam on the skewer, then grilled until fragrant and dry.
