FRIED TEMPEH FISH RECIPE – Fried tempeh and fish is the cuisine with ingredients; jambal fish fried with tempeh and coconut milk as the broth. Galangal, kaffir leaves make this menu more delicious. Here’s we present you the steps of how to cook tempeh and fish stir-fry.


  • 300 grams tempeh, cut in 2 × 2 cm, deep fried
  • 50 grams jambal fish, brewed, fried, sliced
  • 2 pieces bay leaves
  • 1 cm galangal, pounded
  • 2 pieces green pepper, deseeded and cut
  • 1 piece red chilli, deseeded and cut
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar
  • 300 ml coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons oil for frying
  • salt to taste

Softened seasoning

  • 6 grains red onions
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 2 cm galangal
  • 3 lime leaves, pieces of bones were disposed
  • 2 pecans, fried
  • 2 cm ginger


  1. Heat oil, stir-fried softened seasoning, bay leaves, and galangal until the aroma fills the room.
  2. Add green chili and red pepper. Stir until wilted.
  3. Add tempeh and jambal fish. Stir well.
  4. Add coconut milk, salt and granulated sugar.
  5. Cook until the broth thick. Serve.
