TEMPEH TOFU CURRY RECIPE

Ingredients

  • 250 grams tempeh, cut into small slices
  • 300 grams tofu, cut into 20 small slices
  • 250 grams shrimp, peeled
  • 25 grams (10 pieces) Tapak Liman leaves  and 1 sheet of turmeric leaves, washed clean and then finely sliced
  • 500 ml thick coconut milk
  • 2 pieces of bay leaf
  • 1 stalk lemongrass, pounded

Seasoning

  • 1 teaspoon ginger slices
  • 1 teaspoon  turmeric slices
  • 1 teaspoon  onions slices
  • 3 grains candle nut
  • 1 teaspoon  garlic slices
  • 1 teaspoon  coriander
  • 1 teaspoon  galangal slices
  • 1 teaspoon  salt

Directions

  1. Boil thick coconut milk and the smooth seasoning, bay leaves, and lemongrass leaves.
  2. Once boiling, stir in shrimp, tofu, tempeh, tapak leman leaves, and turmeric leaves slices. Keep stirring until cooked, lift.
  3. Serve.

Serving: 8 portions  (1 portion = 135 calories)
