TEMPURA SQUID NOODLES – Can you imagine how delicious it is, if fried meatballs and fried squid are enjoyed with instant noodle soup? With pineapple and chili sauce as topping for the presentation, it will be so delicious, right? Feeling curious? Let’s take a look at the ingredients and the steps of making tempura squid noodles below.

Ingredients

  • 1 pack instant boiling noodle (the taste of the noodle is based on your preference)
  • 2 meatballs
  • 3 squid
  • 1 ounce frying oil
  • 3 hot red chili peppers
  • 1 tablespoon pineapple, diced
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 1 ounce frying oil
  • 2 tablespoons tempura flour
  • 1 ½ glass water

Directions

  1. Wash the squid thoroughly, cut in long slices, set aside.
  2. Mix well the flour and water.
  3. Preheat the oil.
  4. Dip the squid and meatball in flour dye.
  5. Fry until it turns slightly gold in color.
  6. Boil the water, cook the instant noodle together with the seasoning.
  7. Add chili peppers, remove, and pour the noodles into the bowl.
  8. Spread the chopped pineapple, squid, and meatball onto the noodles. Tempura squid noodles is ready to be served.

Tips

  • Discard the first boiled noodle water
  • Replace with new boiled water
