THREE SPOT GOURAMI RECIPE WITH GREEN CHILI – The fresh taste of green chili sambal combined with fried savory three spot gourami can be served as the family’s delicious dinner menu.

Ingredients

  • 4 medium-size three spot gourami
  • Cooking oil to taste

Green chili sambal

  • 6 big green chilies
  • 3 hot green chillies pepper
  • 5 onions
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 green tomato
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. Peel the outer skin of the fish, wash under running water. Soak fish with hot water for 10 minutes, and then drain.
  2. Deep-fried fish in hot oil until cooked and it turns browned in color, drain.
  3. Green chili sambal: mash all ingredients, stir-fried until the aroma fills the room. Add salt and sugar, mix well.
