TILAPIA RECIPE WITH OYSTER SAUCE – This simple dish using tilapia, garnished with fried onions and served with warm rice, prawn crackers, and oyster sauce. A nice combination. The chilies and pepper add nice heat to a spicy oyster sauce mixture, which pairs well with tilapia.

I got this recipe from my friend, Astin. She loves cooking. I won’t doubt her so I decided to make it by myself. Anyway, since I am not in the mood to do anything complicated, I decided to do my usual simple dish – that’s either fried or steamed.  Here is another yummy fried fish recipe I recommend to you. Tilapia is widely available and okay, it’s cheap and tasty. This recipe surprised me! I loved the flavor. In addition, it is quick, easy and tastes wonderful. I should appreciated Astin of how easy it was to make. After adding the oyster sauce, allow the fish to break apart into pieces. It’d be a nice balance with the warm white rice. Check the recipe out.
