TOMATO SEAFOOD SOUP RECIPE – Fresh tomatoes are so enchanting when cooked with shrimp and squid. With button mushrooms and black pepper, a tomato seafood soup is no doubt delicious.


  • 150 grams small shrimp, remove head and skin, peeled
  • 150 grams squid, clean and cut into pieces to taste
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 200 grams tomatoes, coarsely chopped
  • 50 grams mushrooms, cut the studs according to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder
  • 2 teaspoon salt
  • 1000 ml water
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil


  1. Heat cooking oil. Stir-friedgarlic and onion until the aroma fills the room and the color is somewhat changed.
  2. Add shrimp and squid and then keep stirring until it changes in color.
  3. Stir in tomatoes and button mushrooms. Combine until tomatoes somewhat shriveled.
  4. Sprinkle salt and ground black pepper. Keep stirring.
  5. Pour water and bring soup to boil.
  6. Lift and serve.
