  • 1/2 kg beef
  • 1 coconut


  • 5 onions
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon coriander
  • 2 salam leaves
  • 3 red chilies
  • 1 ginger plant
  • 2 kaffir lime
  • Tamarind, salt, and palm sugar


  1. Wash beef thoroughly and slice it. Grate the coconut. Ground all the seasoning besides palm sugar and salam leaves.
  2. Mix the sliced beef with the grounded seasoning and then fry it.
  3. Don’t forget to add water, palm sugar and salam leaves.
