CHEESE CHOCOLATE ONDE ONDE RECIPE – Do you like cheese and chocolate? If you do, what if we give you a special recipe containing the two sweet and delicious taste? Crust Ingredients

  • 125 g Rose Brand Glutinous rice flour
  • 1 tbsp. tapioca starch
  • 40 g sugar
  • 50 ml thick coconut milk
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • Sesame seeds
  • Vegetable oil

Filling Ingredients

  • 50 g chocolate chips
  • 50 g cheddar cheese, grated


  1. Mix the glutinous rice flour together with tapioca starch, sugar, and salt. Stir well. Pour the thick coconut milk little by little while keep being stirred until dull and the mixture can be molded.
  2. Take 1 tbsp. of the mixture, flatten it then fill with the mixture of chocolate chips and grated cheddar cheese, close and round it up.
  3. Dip in the water then roll it in the sesame seeds.
  4. Fry in the preheated vegetable oil at a medium heat while being stirred once in a while. Fry until the onde-onde floated and slightly golden, remove from the heat and drain.
  5. Serve it while it is warm.

Note: Make approximately 15 onde-onde.
