CHOCO RING COOKIES RECIPE – One of this sweet pastry recipe needs many ingredients to make and to make people easy to understand, the ingredients are divided into some subs such as ingredients I, II, III, and IV. We need some special ingredients here too such as butter, mocha, evaporated milk, etc. Most of the ingredients here use some brands sold in Indonesia but you can also adjust them if they are not available in your town. Ingredients I

  • 75 g Royalkrone Gold Butter Substitute
  • 150 g Wijsman butter/ Golden Fern
  • 150 g Margarita margarine/ Mother’s Choice
  • ½ tsp. Ny. Liem Coffee Hicon
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • 100 g powdered sugar
  • 100 g palmsuiker sugar
  • 1 tbsp. Ny. Liem Mocha Hopyes

Ingredients II

  • 2 eggs
  • 8 g instant coffee
  • 40 ml evaporated milk

Ingredients III

  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • ½ tsp. baking soda
  • 50 g cooked cornstarch
  • 50 g full cream dried milk
  • 550 g Zircon wheat flour
  • 100 g almond powder

Ingredient IV

  • 250 g Theys Blanc coin chocolate


  1. Mix all the ingredients I until half fluffy.
  2. Add the ingredients II, mix again until pale and fluffy.
  3. Add the ingredients III, stir until well combined.
  4. Round the mixture off, add Theys Blanc coin chocolate. Place the cookies into a baking tray spread with palmcentrate then add dots from chocolate paste in the cookies.
  5. Bake in the oven at 150° C for about 20 minutes. Lower the temperature of the oven into 100° C for about 20 minutes until well baked. Remove from the oven and let it cool.
  6. Store the cookies in the air-proof container.
