DELIMA COOKIES RECIPE – Sprinkles are usually used in many foods and beverages such as cookies, ice cream, dessert, etc. This sweet cookies are also covered with colorful sprinkles. Ingredients I

  • 50 g Royalkrone gold butter substitute
  • 100 g Wijsman butter/ Blue Triangle
  • 100 g Margarita margarine/ Mother’s Choice
  • 125 g sugar
  • 125 g powdered sugar
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. Ny. Liem condensed milk

Ingredient II

  • 2 eggs

Ingredients III

  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • ½ tsp. baking soda
  • 50 g dried milk
  • 75 g dried coconut
  • 50 g cocoa powder
  • 75 g peanut, roughly grinded, ½ cooked toasted
  • 50 g black cocoa powder
  • 325 g Segitiga wheat flour

Ingredient IV

  • 200 g sprinkles


  1. Mix all the ingredients I until pale and fluffy. Add the eggs and mix again until well combined.
  2. Add the ingredients III little by little while being stirred gently using spatula until the mixture is combined and dull.
  3. Take one teaspoonful of the mixture and round it off. Roll it into the sprinkles until all surface covered. Put the mixture in the flat baking tray which has been spread with palmcentrate. Repeat with the remaining mixture until all the mixture is used up.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven at 150° C for about 20 minutes then lower the temperature into 100° and bake the cookies for about 20 minutes again until well baked. Remove from the oven and let it cool.
  5. Store the Delima Cookies in the air-proof container.
