  • 350 g wheat flour
  • 150 g margarine
  • 200 g butter
  • 125 g powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp. dried milk
  • 2 egg yolks
  • ½ tsp. vanilla extract
  • 4 pieces of durian flesh


  1. Mix the wheat flour together with the margarine, butter, powdered sugar, dried milk, egg yolks, and vanilla extract until soft and combined.
  2. Add the durian flesh, stir until the mixture is combined and dull.
  3. Mold the mixture according to your taste then bake in the oven at 125° C until well baked.
  4. Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool then store them in the air-proof container.
