  • 150 g margarine
  • 75 g butter
  • 150 g powdered sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 275 g wheat flour
  • 25 g cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 20 g dried milk
  • 1 tsp. chocolate paste
  • 1 egg, freely mixed for spreading

Crumble Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp. margarine
  • 75 g wheat flour
  • 2 tbsp. caster sugar
  • 75 g hazelnut powder
  • 50 g dark cooking chocolate, melted


  1. Crumble: Mix the margarine together with the wheat flour and caster sugar, stir until granulated. Add the hazelnut powder, stir again and set aside.
  2. Mix the margarine together with the butter and powdered sugar until fluffy.
  3. Add the egg, then mix at low speed until well combined.
  4. Add the wheat flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, dried milk, and chocolate paste then stir again. Let it stand for about 15 minutes.
  5. Flatten the mixture in the baking tray of 30x40x3 cm in size. Spread the mixture with egg and sprinkle with crumble.
  6. Bake in the oven at 160°C until half cooked. Take the pastry out of the oven then cut it with ½ x 7 cm.
  7. Bake again the pastry in the oven until well cooked. Remove from the heat and cool it.
  8. Take the pastry out of the baking tray, give squiggle with melted dark cooking chocolate then cool it.
  9. Store in the air-proof container.

Note: Make approximately 600 g.
