Ingredients
- 150 g margarine
- ¼ tsp salt
- 35 g icing sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 50 g peanut butter
- 200 g wheat flour
- 35 g cornstarch
- 25 g dried milk
Spread Ingredients
- 2 eggs yolk
- ½ tsp liquid milk
Filling Ingredients
- 15 g egg white
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 100 g icing sugar
- ¼ tsp mocha pasta
Steps
- Mix margarine together with salt and icing sugar for about 2 minutes until soft.
- Add the egg yolk and peanut butter. Stir.
- Add the wheat flour, cornstarch, and dried milk and strain at the same time. Then stir well.
- Take a small piece mixture and round it up. Put it into a baking tray which has been spread with margarine.
- Pressure its center with little finger or with chopsticks in order to make it wider.
- Bake in an oven with temperature under 150°C until half cooked.
- Spread with the spread ingredients. The concave part is not needed to spread. Bake again the mixture for 25 minutes until well-cooked.
- Fillings: mix the egg white together with the salt until half fluffy. Add the icing sugar a little by little while being mixed until condensed. Add the mocha pasta. Stir well. Put it in a triangle bag. Fill the middle of the peanut pastry with the filling.
- Bake again 5 minutes at 100°C until dry.
