  • 75 g margarine
  • 75 g butter
  • 75 g palm sugar
  • 25 g icing sugar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 ½ tbsp egg white
  • 80 g peanut, mashed and baked in an oven
  • 200 g wheat flour with medium protein
  • 25 g dried milk
  • 1 tsp mixed spice
  • 25 g dark cooking chocolate, melted
  • 125 g white cooking chocolate, melted


  1. Mix margarine together with butter, palm sugar, and icing sugar in 30 seconds. Add egg, stir well then add the peanut and stir again.
  2. Add the wheat flour, dried milk, and mixed spice while being strained and well stirred.
  3. Thin grind the mixture. Put in a mold which has been spread with margarine.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven at 150°C for 25 minutes until well cooked.
  5. Decorate the cake using dark cooking chocolate and white cooking chocolate.
