PEANUT SAUCE RECIPE – Did you know that there are many health benefits associated with eating peanuts? Peanuts have been found to contain protein, fiber, nutrients, and anti-aging.   • 2 red chilies (based on your preference)
  • 2 cayenne pepper (based on your preference)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 5 fried candlenut
  • 100 gr fried peanut, mashed
  • 1 – 1 ½ palm sugar
  • 150 ml boiling water
  • 2 teaspoons vinegar


  1. Pound chilies, cayenne pepper, and salt. Add garlic and candlenut. Keep pounding until those ingredients finely mashed.
  2. Add pounded peanut and palm sugar. Keep pounding.
  3. Add water and vinegar until the sauce turns slightly thick.
