PRESERVED SOY BEAN SAUCE RECIPE – Many people perhaps do not know that soybean is the only vegetable food that contains all eight essential amino acids. The vegetable food can be enjoyed as sauce which can be a good companion for your main dish. Check the steps of making the sauce below.
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons frying oil
- ½ tablespoon grated garlic
- 100 gr bottled preserved soy bean
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- ½ teaspoon grate fresh ginger
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon cornmeal added with 50 ml water to make it thick
Directions
- Stir-fried onions and ginger until it fragrant.
- Add preserved soy beans, salt, and sugar. Mix well and keep frying until the aroma fills the room. Add vinegar, mix well.
- Add cornmeal to make the sauce thicker.
- Mix well and boil all ingredients for one more time. Remove, set aside, and allow to cool.
