VANILLIN SAUCE RECIPE – Did you know that vanillin contains antioxidants, anti-inflammatory and hepatoprotective properties? If you don’t have any ideas of how to make use vanillin, you can try the idea to make it as vanillin sauce. Let’s take a look at the recipe below.


  • 200 ml milk
  • ½ part of vanillin stem (7-8 cm), cut into two and then scrape the inside part of the stem
  • 200 ml grade
  • 2 eggs yolk
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoon cornstarch


  1. Mix milk and grade, add vanillin and its stem, cook until it is boiled.
  2. After boiled, remove and set aside. Leave it for approximately 5 minutes in order that the taste of vanillin gets stronger. After that, remove the vanillin’s stem.
  3. Add egg yolks, sugar, cornstarch, milk, and then mix well. Stir well over a low heat until the sauce turns slightly thick in texture.
