CORN CRISPY CHIPS RECIPE – Did you know that there are many health benefits associated with eating corn? Corn are found to contain antioxidant and a good source of fiber.   • 500 gr corn
  • 150 gr sugar
  • 500 gr frying oil, to fry and cook the seasoning
  • ½ salt
  • 100 ml water
  • ½ teaspoon tamarind


  1. Pull the husks off the corn and discard. Remove the white hairy threads from the corn and discard.
  2. Steam the corns until it is cooked. Take the kernels.
  3. Pound the kernels until it is flat in shape.
  4. Dry the flat kernels in the sun for about one-two days until it is dry.
  5. After one or two days, stir-fried the corn crispy chips until it turns slightly golden in color. Then, remove and set aside.
  6. Fry sugar, water, tamarind, and salt. Stir-fried the ingredients until it is thick in texture.
  7. After that, add the fried corn crispy chips, mix well. Remove and serve.
