FRIED CASSAVA CRISPY CHIPS RECIPE – Fried cassava crispy chips are favorite snacks of many people, but if you make it by yourself, you can make sure that the cassava crispy chips is hygiene, halal, and preservative-free. We can creatively use it as an ingredient to make some simple snacks, one of them is fried cassava crispy chips. Let’s take a look at the following yummy recipe.


  • 250 gr grated cassava
  • 50 gr tapioca
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 500 gr frying oil
  • 150 ml water


  1. Mix well cassava, tapioca, water, and salt. Mix until it becomes dough.
  2. From the mixture, form it into an oval ball, then make it flat.
  3. Put the flat dough in the steaming pot which has been filled with water. Steam for five minutes. Remove and set aside.
  4. Then, dry the dough in the sun for about two-three days until dry.
  5. Deep-frying the cassava dough one by one in hot oil over a medium heat until it turns slightly golden in color. Remove and set aside. Serve.
