FRIED CAULIFLOWER RECIPE – We believe that most of you know what cauliflower is. Yea, it is the flower of cabbage that is large round white made to be delicious and healthy meals. Indonesian usually make it as cap cay, soup, sauté cauliflower, etc. what if this time we try to make something different from it? We will make it as tasty snack with simple way of cooking.   • 1 piece of big cauliflower
  • 250 g wheat flour
  • 5 cloves of onion
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • salt (you can adjust its amount according to your taste)
  • sugar (you can adjust its amount according to your taste)
  • 100 ml water


  1. Cut the cauliflower according to your taste then cleanse it using clean water and steam until cooked.
  2. Prepare the spices by grinding the onion, garlic, salt, and sugar.
  3. Add the spices into the wheat flour which has been thinned with water.
  4. Stir gently until combined.
  5. Add the sliced-steamed cauliflower into flour mixture then deep fry at medium heat until slightly golden.
  6. Fried Cauliflower snack is now ready to serve. It is very suitable to eat together with sauce.
